7/16" Double Cell Light Filtering

We are very pleased with the shades that we received and installed. The spring green color is perfect and they fit and operate well. We also anticipate the well fitting double cell shades will lower our heating bills although only time will tell. Unlike our prior Hunter Douglas blinds these can be fully lowered to sit flush on the bottom of the window cavity without getting hung on the window winder handle.

However, we wish to also highlight the excellent customer service we received. We purchased 4 shades of varying widths but unfortunately the largest 101" shade was damaged through shipping, although no fault of Factory Direct Blinds. The shades were very well wrapped in bubble wrap with thick cardboard and 2" angle reinforcing cardboard edge protector. However, the box was torn at one edge due to gross mishandling by the shipper. Factory direct blinds were very courteous and promptly replaced the one damaged shade. Also at no point did they then contact us to suggest we provide a review.
