To ensure a perfect fit, please provide the exact measurements of your window opening. Please do NOT deduct from these measurements or use the size of current blinds as a reference.

Best for blackout and room darkening, outside mount blinds and shades are installed over the window on brackets attached to the wall or window frame. We suggest adding at least 4" to both your width and height measurements to help minimize light gaps around the edges.

We love the blinds and the up/down feature is exactly what we needed for our home office. The mounting instructions were confusing but we figured it out. Attaching the plastic pull down tabs was nerve-racking because we were afraid they would break and one of the blinds was missing 2 of the pull tabs. I contacted customer support and a new set is on the way. Overall, we are very pleased with the blinds, the price and the customer service at FACTORY direct blinds.
