If you don't want the middleman costs and a "do it yourselfer", this is the way to go for blinds. Factory Direct provided an excellent product, easy instructions for ordering and installation. I highly recommend Factory Direct for top down bottom up cordless blinds. Thank you!

I use to have my own design business many many years ago. I sold all kinds of windows treatments. Now that I just help friends out that want some help choosing a window treatment I was pleased to find a company like yours. I was able to get samples, prices are good (yes I compared them to local stores) easy ordering and so far people are happy with the product! It’s a win win in my opinion. I get to help friends and they get a good product at a fair price. I’ll have more pictures to send after this last order gets installed. But my other pics have people in them and they would not want me sending those out.

We love the blinds and the up/down feature is exactly what we needed for our home office. The mounting instructions were confusing but we figured it out. Attaching the plastic pull down tabs was nerve-racking because we were afraid they would break and one of the blinds was missing 2 of the pull tabs. I contacted customer support and a new set is on the way. Overall, we are very pleased with the blinds, the price and the customer service at FACTORY direct blinds.
