When you order window coverings from FactoryDirectBlinds.com, you will receive a product that is custom made using the specifications and requirements that you have provided to us. Due to the custom nature of your order, we cannot accept returns. Some exceptions will be made in the event of a defect or damage.
All blinds ordered from FactoryDirectBlinds.Com are covered by a manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty, except as noted on a few select products. Warranty shall apply only to original purchaser for residential application. This warrants that your product will be free from defects in material or workmanship, except defects that result from misuse, neglect, or improper installation. Damage caused from alterations, normal wear and tear, or exposure to the elements will not be covered under this warranty. Defective items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of FactoryDirectBlinds.com and shall be limited to the repair and replacement of the window coverings or components found to be defective. Warranty excludes shipping charges and labor cost for measuring and installation. Repairs will be made with like or similar parts. This shall be your sole remedy under this warranty. FactoryDirectBlinds.com shall in no way be liable for incidental or consequential damages nor for the transportation, removal or re-installation of any of our products. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Limitations on Lifetime Warranty
Product lifetime is described as the life of the interior project for which it was originally purchased from, not to exceed 25 years. Cords used in aluminum blinds, vertical blinds, cellular shades, and roman shades are warranted for 3 years from the date of purchase. Electric motors shall be warranted for 5 years from the date of purchase. Electric controls shall be warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase. Classic Blinds shall be warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase.
FactoryDirectBlinds.com will ship your custom order for FREE via FedEx or UPS Ground anywhere in the contiguous United States. NO MINIMUM, NO KIDDING! Free shipping is excluded on shutters and a few select items.
Merchandise Damaged by Shipping
Please inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt to ensure that it has not been damaged in shipping. Damaged items must be reported to us within 10 business days along with photo evidence of shipping damage to Support@FactoryDirectBlinds.com prior to replacement request being processed.
Due to the nature of ordering blinds online, it is important to carefully follow the measurement instructions that we list on our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with accurate measurements to ensure that your window coverings fit precisely. FactoryDirectBlinds.com will not be held responsible for measurement errors and cannot accept returns due to inaccurate size.
Computer monitors or other electronic displays may vary in the manner that images and colors are depicted. To ensure an appropriate color match is achieved, we encourage you to order free samples so that you can see the true color, quality and texture of the product you are ordering.
FactoryDirectBlinds.com will not accept returns based on dissatisfaction with the color, unless the blinds you receive are colored noticeably different from the sample that you received. Please note lot colors may vary and thus may not be an exact match to the sample swatch or previous purchases.
Order Cancellations or Modifications
Please be sure to double-check the accuracy of your order before submitting it. All sales are final, and we cannot offer a refund or exchange due to incorrect ordering such as measurement discrepancies, color dissatisfaction, or variations in upgrade options ordered. Any and all valid coupon codes must be entered at time of order, we apologize but no refunds or credits will be issued for orders placed without the coupon code. Please note only one coupon code per order will be valid and honored.
It is the responsibility of the customer to verify their orders on the email confirmation sent to them after checkout. Factory Direct Blinds does not accept responsibility for any errors, please be sure to review your order immediately and contact us right away to make the necessary corrections. If a customer does not receive an email confirmation for any reason such as an incorrectly entered email address, it is the customer's responsibility to contact FactoryDirectBlinds.com to obtain their order confirmation.When an order is placed online, we work quickly to fulfill that order to quickly ship it to you. In the event that you wish to cancel or modify your order, you will need to contact FactoryDirectBlinds.com during the same business day-as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations made after submitting your order online, however we will do our best to accommodate your request. We will not accept any cancellations or modifications on Rush orders.
